Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Aesthetician to join our team. As an Aesthetician, you will be responsible for providing a range of facial treatments to our clients. Your expertise and attention to detail will help enhance the natural beauty of our clients and leave them feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their skincare concerns, goals, and medical history.
• Perform comprehensive skin analyses to determine appropriate treatments and skincare regimens.
• Administer a range of aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to facials, dermaplaning, and facial massages.
• Customize treatment plans based on individual client needs and skin type.
• Ensure the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols during all procedures.
• Educate clients on skincare products, their benefits, and proper homecare routines.
• Recommend and sell skincare products to clients to enhance treatment outcomes and maintain results.
• Build strong rapport and trust with clients through excellent communication and personalized care.
• Address client concerns and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Follow up with clients post-treatment to assess results and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive skincare plans for clients with specific dermatological conditions.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to provide a seamless client experience and contribute to the overall success of the practice.
