Responsibilities

• Provide a range of aesthetic services including facials, lymphatic drainage massage, microdermabrasion, microneedling, cavitation, and other treatment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and equipment in accordance with industry standards.
• Utilize salon software such as VAGARO for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Engage in effective communication with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatments or products.
• Demonstrate product knowledge through product demos and retail sales, while actively upselling services to enhance the client experience.
• Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and handling transactions efficiently.
