Licensed Aesthetician at Skinspot

Skinspot is a results-driven acne and corrective skincare clinic. We are hiring a licensed esthetician with at least 2 years of hands-on clinical experience who is passionate about real skin transformation—not just relaxation facials.

This is a performance-based, growth-focused role for someone who wants to level up their skills and work with a team that prioritizes results.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced corrective treatments (acne protocols, extractions, chemical peels, customized facials)
• Conduct in-depth consultations and build personalized treatment plans
• Educate clients on homecare, internal triggers, and long-term skin correction
• Recommend and sell targeted skincare products and treatment packages
• Maintain strict sanitation and treatment room standards
• Support client journeys through program-based results (not one-time services)
• Contribute to content/social media (optional but a plus)

Requirements

• Valid Massachusetts Esthetics License
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience (required)
• Strong experience with corrective treatments
• Confident in consultations, client education, and product recommendations
• Comfortable working with all skin types and ethnicities
