Hair Stylist

We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. You will utilize your creativity and technical skills to deliver a range of hair services while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Perform various hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles or treatments.
• Stay updated on current trends in hair styling, color theory, and beauty techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment.
• Assist in store management tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Educate clients on proper hair care techniques and recommend products for maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon environment.

Skills

• Proficient in hair styling techniques with a strong understanding of cosmetology principles.
• Knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results for clients.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their preferences.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Previous experience in store management is advantageous but not required.

Licensed Massage Therapist

At Sasha Salon and Spa, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional massage therapy services to help clients achieve relaxation, relief from tension, and overall wellness. You will be an integral part of our commitment to delivering a personalized and rejuvenating experience for each client.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and specialty massages tailored to individual client needs.
• Assess clients' physical conditions and discuss their preferences and concerns to create customized treatment plans.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting treatment environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Build strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and follow-up care recommendations.
• Stay updated on the latest massage therapy trends and techniques through continuous education and training.
• Collaborate with other spa professionals to enhance the overall client experience and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Massage Therapy license in Massachusetts.
• Proven experience as a Massage Therapist; experience in a spa or wellness center is a plus.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and the various massage modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and address their needs.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
