Position Overview

We're seeking a Lead Hairstylist with a strong focus on blowouts, styling, and finishing work. This role is ideal for a stylist who thrives with artistry, client connection, and being part of a collaborative team.

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality blowouts, styling, and finishing services
• Consult with clients to understand their hair type, preferences, and desired outcome
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
• Recommend products and styling techniques to enhance the client experience
• Deliver warm, attentive, luxury-level customer service
• Collaborate with estheticians, nail techs, and front-of-house staff
• Uphold all sanitation, safety, and compliance standards

What We're Looking For

• Licensed cosmetologist in Massachusetts
• Strong blowout and styling skills; experience in fast-paced or boutique environments is a plus
• Passion for beauty, trends, and creating elevated looks
• Excellent communication and client-care skills

Compensation & Work Location

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
