What We're Looking For

We’re looking for a motivated newly graduated licensed aesthetician who is eager to grow, train, and develop advanced skills in a supportive and professional environment.

Responsibilities

As an entry-level technician, you’ll begin with foundational services and progress through hands-on training: • Start with: eyelash lifts and tints, brow lamination, lash removal, and similar services • Advance to: eyelash extensions with guided on-the-job training • Master: our signature Japanese LED Eyelash Extensions using premium Matsukaze equipment • Support salon operations: check-in/check-out using our online booking system, assist with phone inquiries and reservations • Participate in weekend rotations as part of the team schedule

Requirements

• Valid Massachusetts Aesthetician License • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills • Energetic, positive, and professional demeanor with a team-focused mindset • Self-motivated and eager to learn, with the drive to advance to higher-level skills
