Lash and Brow Specialist

As a Lash and Brow Artist at Beauty Republic, you’ll provide high-quality lash and brow services (as well as occasional facials) while creating a welcoming, personalized client experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing lash lifts and lash tints

• Performing brow laminations, tinting, shaping, and waxing

• Consulting with clients and recommending services based on their goals

• Educating clients about aftercare and maintaining their results

• Pre-booking clients at checkout using our retention process and provided scripts

• Taking clear before-and-after photos and occasionally creating short videos for salon marketing

• Keeping your station clean, organized, and fully stocked

• Practicing new techniques on models

• Participating in certifications, continuing education, and ongoing training
  

  * Classic, hybrid, and light-volume lash extensions skills will be a huge plus!
