Experienced full-time Medical Aesthetician.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced full-time Medical Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in laser treatments and dedicated to providing exceptional client care.

Essential Functions

• Perform treatments on clients including Laser Hair Removal, with opportunities to expand and train for Body Contouring and Skin Rejuvenation as appropriate.
• Cross-promote treatments and services to enhance client outcomes and business results.
• Maintain strong relationships with all current and previous clients.
• Build strong and ongoing client rapport.
• Support team members in a positive culture and environment.
• Demonstrate an exceedingly high level of professionalism and dedication to clients, team, and management.

Qualifications

• Licensed Aesthetician in Massachusetts or equivalent qualification.
• Certified in medical spa laser treatments including laser hair removal.
• Proven track record in client nurturing and retention.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong phone skills, written and verbal.
• Must be a self-starter and hold yourself accountable for performance and results.
• Willing to go the extra mile to enhance the success of the clinic.
