James Joseph Salon is seeking a full and part-time junior stylists/assistants for its location in the heart of Patriot Place! All hours needed. Applicants must be friendly, fashion forward, and have excellent customer service skills. One on one training is provided by our full-time educator, the renowned Louise Rusk. She will work with you one on one to get your to be the best stylist you can be and get you on the floor as quickly as possible. We are the only salon with a dedicated education trainer. Assist with all in salon services. Prepare clients for their appointments by shampooing, conditioning, and detangling hair. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sanitizing tools and equipment. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued. Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products. Support with daily operations, including reception duties and inventory management.Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
