Junior Nail Technician

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Junior Nail Technician to lead daily nail service operations while delivering exceptional manicure and pedicure treatments. This position is ideal for a highly skilled professional who combines strong technical ability with leadership, organization, and a passion for client care.

The Junior Nail Technician will set the standard for service quality, maintain strict cleanliness protocols, and support a collaborative salon environment where both clients and team members feel valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nail services such as regular/gel manicure and pedicures
• Lead by example in maintaining exceptional service standards and attention to detail
• Oversee sanitation, sterilization, and workplace hygiene to meet health and safety requirements
• Conduct consultations with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail services
• Guide clients in choosing colors, finishes, and designs that complement their style and preferences
• Support team coordination and help maintain a positive, organized salon atmosphere

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience providing professional manicure and pedicure services
• Strong understanding of sanitation procedures and hygiene best practices
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Valid Nail Technician or Cosmetology license

Preferred Experience

• 1+ years of hands-on professional nail service experience
• Familiarity with Russian manicure and pedicure techniques
• Creative nail design and nail art capabilities
• Experience with recommending retail products or service upgrades
