Spa Nijoli & Salon is an award-winning, high-end, education-focused salon and day spa recognized by Boston Magazine ("Best Hair Salon") and Northshore Magazine ("Best Day Spa"). We are a thriving 6,000 sq. ft. facility with a team of 65 professionals and a strong, loyal client base located in Methuen, MA.

We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time Junior Stylist / Assistant to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

• Assist senior stylists with color prep, shampooing, and guest care
• Deliver an exceptional client experience (greeting, beverages, comfort)
• Maintain salon cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards
• Support inventory and backbar management
• Participate in ongoing education and hands-on training

What We're Looking For

• Passion for the beauty industry and long-term career growth
• Strong work ethic and positive, team-oriented attitude
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and attend weekly education classes
• Interest in retail and client relationship building
• Active Massachusetts Cosmetology License

Education & Growth

• Up to 6 education classes per month

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting at $16/hour + tips (typically +$1–$2.50/hour additional)
