Salon Assistant / Junior Stylist at Daryl Christopher Salon and Spa

We are looking for an energetic, motivated Salon Assistant / Junior Stylist who has their cosmetology license or is a recent graduate / student of a cosmetology school and is excited to grow within a supportive education-focused salon environment. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants hands-on training in hair cutting, styling and coloring and who wants a clear path toward becoming a successful stylist and colorist.

What You'll Do

• Shampoo, condition, and prep clients for salon services.
• Assist stylists during color services, glosses, conditioning treatments and blowouts.
• Help maintain a beautiful, clean luxury salon environment.
• Welcome and care for clients in a warm and professional manner.
• Provide a relaxing and enjoyable shampoo experience for clients.
• Learn advanced techniques and grow your technical skills through hands-on education.
• Support the salon team while building experience on the floor.

What We're Looking For

• MA Cosmetology License OR currently enrolled in cosmetology school.
• Passion for hair, beauty and client care.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Friendly, polished team-oriented personality.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced salon environment.
• Weekend availability, 30+ hours per week.
