Junior Stylist / Hair Assistant at Fabio's Hair & Color Studio
Fabio's Hair & Color Studio is looking for a motivated Junior Stylist / Hair Assistant with salon experience to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build their career behind the chair while working in a fast-paced, professional salon environment.Responsibilities
- Assist senior stylists with clients during color and haircut services
- Shampooing, blow-drying, and styling clients
- Must know how to do professional blowouts
- Must know how to apply hair color under stylist direction
- Prepare clients for color and chemical services
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and work areas
- Mix color formulas under stylist supervision
- Support stylists with client flow and daily salon operations
- Help maintain a smooth, organized salon environment
- Learn and develop advanced cutting and coloring techniques
Requirements
- Prior salon experience required (assistant, shampoo tech, or junior stylist)
- Must be able to confidently perform blowouts
- Must be able to apply hair color
- Basic styling and shampooing skills required
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Weekend availability required
