Bella Couture is your local premier full-service salon & spa. We are now seeking experienced hair stylists.

We are offering booth rental options for talented cosmetologists with experience in classic styles as well as trendy/edgy styles. Stylists should be able to provide most trending full-service salon services. We are seeking quality in versatility, and talent with up-do's, Balyage, highlights, colors, cuts, and more. In your resume, please provide all your strengths within your experience as a cosmetologist.

We offer a modern, clean, comfortable space to occupy & utilize. We provide online booking and app scheduling for convenience & organization. There is an established clientele to gain. We stay on point with education and trends. It is beneficial for you to have Friday/Saturday availability. Booth rental is available for 3-5 days optional. We offer flexible scheduling, allowing you to choose designated days to occupy space. Part-time/Full-time booth rent positions are available.

We are also seeking a Hair Stylist to join our team and provide the highest level of excellence in styling services for our customers in their homes throughout our demographic.

Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of beauty services to clients, including haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments
• Apply makeup for special occasions or events
• Offer eyelash extensions to enhance clients' natural lashes
• Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and managing client records
• Utilize retail sales skills to recommend and sell beauty products to clients
• Upsell additional services or treatments to enhance the client experience

Requirements

• Must be a licensed cosmetologist with a strong foundation in beauty techniques and practices
• Proficient in retail math to accurately calculate prices, discounts, and commissions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to multitask and prioritize client needs in a fast-paced salon environment
• Strong attention to detail to ensure precise and high-quality beauty services
