Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cosmetologist to join our team! The ideal candidate should have expertise in various beauty services and be passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of beauty services including hair styling, color, highlights and straightening services
• Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience
• Mentor junior staff members to improve their skills and knowledge in the beauty industry
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment following all health and safety regulations
• Utilize BOOKER software for scheduling appointments and managing client information

Experience and Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales within a salon or spa setting
• Valid cosmetology license
• Proficiency in hair styling techniques and trends
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to mentor and train junior staff members effectively
