Duties

• Provide high-quality hair styling services including cutting, coloring, and treatments.
• Maintain sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.
• Operate salon software, including Salon Target, for appointment scheduling and client management.
• Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients and managing appointments.
• Engage in retail sales by upselling products that align with client needs.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their preferences.
• Commission based salary

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license is required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive client experience.
