Hairstylist/Cosmetologist

Job Description

We're seeking a driven, ambitious Hair Stylist who is ready to grow their business in a supportive, high-end salon + spa environment. This is a commission-based position for experienced stylists with clientele.

This is not a "clients handed to you" type of role. We want self-starters who are active on social media, passionate about client experience, and strong in sales from retail products to add-on services.

• Licensed Hair Stylist in MA
• Clientele preferred
• Active on social media or willing to be coached on personal branding
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional
• A true team player who values collaboration
• Minimum 2 years experience behind the chair
