Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced hairstylist to join our team at Society. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the hair industry, skilled in various styling techniques, and committed to providing exceptional client experiences.

Duties

• Perform various hair styling services including cutting, coloring, and treatments tailored to client preferences - we specialize in lived-in color!
• Have a desire to continue to learn - we provide education.
• Has a commitment to self-growth - we have leadership and educator career pathways for the right stylists.
• Utilize Instagram/social media.
• Can provide an amazing salon experience for their guests through effective communication and personalized service.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license
• 2+ years of experience preferred
• Experience with Redken, L'Oreal or Kevin Murphy is a bonus
• Currently using social media to attract and maintain clients/client relationships
• Working knowledge of the beauty industry
• Strong client retention skills
