Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon environment.
• Engage with clients to understand their desired looks and provide expert advice on hair care and styling.
• Upsell additional services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and makeup application to enhance client experiences.
• Assist in retail sales by recommending products that suit clients' hair types and styles.
• Mentor junior stylists and assist with trainings
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling, techniques, and products.

Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales within a salon environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in barbering techniques is a plus.
• Strong mentoring skills to guide less experienced stylists.
• Ability to perform makeup application for special occasions.
• Excellent upselling skills to promote additional services effectively.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients.
• Front desk experience is beneficial for managing appointments and client interactions.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
