As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful hairstyles, and providing additional beauty services to enhance our clients' overall experience.

Duties

• Perform hair cutting, coloring, and styling services tailored to individual client needs
• Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development
• Utilize salon software, such as MINDBODY, for scheduling appointments and managing client records
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including front desk responsibilities when needed
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair and beauty to provide clients with innovative styles

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or barbering license is required
• Familiarity with salon software systems like MINDBODY is a plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to stay current with trends
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated
• Previous mentoring experience is advantageous but not mandatory
