Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling.
• Maintain knowledge of current trends in hair styling and techniques.
• Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' preferences and offering personalized recommendations.
• Assist with front desk operations including scheduling appointments using salon software such as DAYSMART.
• Engage in retail sales by upselling products that complement client services.
• Ensure cleanliness of workstations and adherence to sanitation protocols throughout the salon.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products through continuous education.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state regulations.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• A commitment to providing high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
