We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. You will utilize your skills in cosmetology, color theory, and various styling techniques to create stunning looks that meet the individual needs of each client. Your role will also involve mentoring junior stylists and contributing to a positive salon environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
• Utilize techniques such as straight razor cutting and hair threading to achieve desired results.
• Offer makeup application services as needed to enhance clients' overall appearance.
• Engage in retail sales by recommending and selling hair care products that suit clients' needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon area, including front desk responsibilities.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and personalized consultations.
• Mentor junior stylists by sharing knowledge and best practices in hair styling techniques.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling and beauty to provide informed recommendations.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetology principles, color theory, and hair care products.
• Experience with retail sales and store management is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating leadership qualities when mentoring others.
