Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and extensions
• Apply strong color theory knowledge to create customized, healthy results
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards at all times
• Use salon software (Rosy) accurately for bookings, notes, and client records
• Recommend retail products with integrity and product knowledge
• Communicate clearly with clients to set expectations and build trust
• Maintain a calm, professional, and polished presence in the salon

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in cosmetology
• A strong portfolio demonstrating skills
• Valid cosmetology license
• Experience in a professional salon environment (not chair-rent culture)
• Confidence in your work without ego
• Ability to work independently while respecting salon standards
• Reliable, consistent, and emotionally mature
