- Utilize hair extensions techniques to enhance client hairstyles.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer personalized recommendations.
- Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Mentor junior stylists or interns, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Utilize MINDBODY software for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and welcomed.
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology license required.
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
- Proficiency in various hair techniques including cutting, coloring, and styling.
- Experience in retail sales is preferred to effectively promote salon products.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with MINDBODY or similar scheduling software is a plus.
- Passion for the beauty industry with a willingness to learn new techniques and trends.
