The Michael Albor Salons has openings for Hair Stylists at our Back Bay Boston and Norwell locations. Openings are idea for candidates looking for flexible hours and days. These are NOT booth or chair rentals opportunities, but rather commissionable employment positions for "experienced" Stylists, who are looking to join a dynamic group of highly skilled professionals. Weekly pay is based on a 45% commission rate on the services provided, but also includes achievable weekly incentive bonuses as well as a 20% commission on retail sales. Benefits include a 50% company sponsored health insurance plan through the Massachusetts health connector, 80 hours/2 weeks of paid vacation, and 40/1 week of paid sick time, along with a new 2022 safe harbor 401k plan. We provide both paid and unpaid educational opportunities. Management sets all pricing and helps each stylist increase their clientele through our digital advertising programs.
