We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in hair styling techniques, a keen eye for color theory, and exceptional customer service skills. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair services while creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
• Maintain sanitation standards in accordance with state regulations and salon policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering professional advice.
• Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, answering phones, and managing retail sales.
• Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all tools are clean and in good condition.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or barbering license is required.
• Proficiency in hair styling techniques including color application.
• Strong understanding of color theory to provide clients with tailored solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• A passion for the beauty industry with a commitment to ongoing education and skill development.
• Previous experience in store management is preferred but not mandatory.
