Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling to provide clients with innovative options.
• Utilize skills in hair extensions and straight razor techniques to meet diverse client needs.
• Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and understanding their preferences.
• Assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client records using salon software such as GLOSS GENIUS.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon workspace to ensure a professional environment.

Experience

• Valid cosmetology license is required.
• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a professional salon setting.
• Familiarity with salon software (e.g., GLOSS GENIUS) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of color theory and application techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
