Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or barbering license in accordance with state or local regulations
• Proven experience in hair styling, barbering, or related beauty services with a portfolio of clients preferred
• Strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
• Ability to perform sanitation procedures meticulously to ensure client safety and hygiene standards are met
• Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques to enhance revenue opportunities
• Basic understanding of store management principles and front desk operations is advantageous
