About Us:

We are a boutique, upscale salon located in the heart of Boston's iconic Newbury Street. Known for our high standards, personalized service, and sophisticated clientele, we are seeking a talented and motivated Assistant Stylist or Hair Stylist to join our growing team.

Who You Are:

• Licensed Cosmetologist in Massachusetts — or currently enrolled in a cosmetology program with 500+ hours completed
• 1+ years of salon experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong foundational skills in hair care, color, cutting, and styling
• Eager to learn, take direction, and grow within a high-end salon setting
• Punctual, reliable, and professional with great customer service skills
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for the beauty industry

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior stylists with clients, color applications, shampooing, and blow-drying
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and salon environment
• Support front desk operations and provide exceptional client care
• Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge
• Build relationships with clients through professionalism and service
