Compensation
This position comes with the potential to earn up to $120 in tips per day plus $150 per day salary, which adds up to $270 per day when considering the salary.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the hair stylist assistant encompass:
Client Care: Welcome clients, facilitate check-ins, and offer refreshments for an enhanced client experience.
Shampoo and Conditioning: Aid in shampooing, conditioning, and rinsing hair. Additionally, support with the application of various hair treatments such as deep conditioning or color treatments.
Salon Maintenance Assistance: Contribute to maintaining salon cleanliness by handling tasks like washing towels, sweeping floors, and preparing the salon for appointments.
Supportive Role: Collaborate with the stylist in various tasks to ensure the delivery of high-quality hair services to clients.
Salon Assistant Qualifications
Cosmetology License or Temporary License
