We are seeking a talented and passionate licensed Stylist, Stylist in school, or Stylist assistant to join our dynamic team. We currently have one chair open for rent at M & Co. Hair Salon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling, customer service, and salon professionalism. This role requires creativity, technical skills, and the ability to provide exceptional service to our clients. As a Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services while ensuring a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of hair services including washing, braiding, pressing, and styling.
• Maintain sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations.
• Manage front desk operations including greeting clients and answering inquiries.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license is required.
• Proficient in color theory and various hair styling techniques.
• Experience with salon practices is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive client experience.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
