We are a small charming salon located in the heart of the historic neighborhood of Beacon Hill in downtown Boston. Currently we are busy and booked and are having to turn clients away due to no availability, so it is time to grow the Beacon Hill Hair team!
Responsibilities
Provide professional hair care services to clients including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair treatments. Stay uptodate on the latest hair trends and techniques.consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Recommend hair care products and treatments to clients. Maintain a clean and organized work station.
Requirements
- Proficiency in hair threading and color theory. Strong knowledge of cosmetology principles and techniques. Ability to mentor junior stylists and provide guidance when needed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client profiles.
