What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional hair services with professionalism, creativity, and technical excellence
• Deliver outstanding customer service that builds trust and loyalty

• Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Stay open to ongoing education and continuous growth in your craft

What We're Looking For:

• Required: Valid Massachusetts cosmetology license
• Preferred: Prior experience as a stylist and an existing clientele is strongly preferred
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to excellence
• Friendly, team-oriented personality with a willingness to learn and grow
