Responsibilities

• Gathering supplies and preparing materials for stylists
• Mixing colors and assisting with color applications
• Shampooing and conditioning clients' hair
• Sterilizing tools and maintaining sanitation standards
• General cleaning and upkeep of the salon
• Greeting clients and providing excellent customer service
• Pre-booking appointments and supporting front desk operations
• Assisting with advanced styling techniques and client consultations
• Supporting retail sales and makeup application as needed

Requirements

• Cosmetology License (Required)
• Barbering License (Preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of hair styling, sanitation, and color theory
• Experience with hair extensions and salon software is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
