• Create diverse hairstyles tailored to client preferences, including cuts, blowouts, and special occasion styles
• Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend suitable organic treatments and products
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all tools, stations, and work areas
• Educate clients on proper hair care routines, product usage, and the benefits of organic ingredients
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using salon software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms
• Upsell retail products like hair extensions, styling tools, and organic hair care lines to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience working in the beauty industry
• Strong knowledge of hair coloring principles, color theory, and organic product formulations
• Proficiency with salon software systems such as MINDBODY for scheduling and client management
• Skilled in various hair styling techniques including blowouts, threading, makeup application, eyelash extensions, and nail care
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients to ensure a positive experience and foster loyalty
• Experience with store management tasks such as retail sales, inventory control, and retail math
• Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols to ensure a clean working environment
• Excellent customer service skills combined with mentoring abilities to support team growth
