Responsibilities

• Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair extensions.
• Utilize color theory to create personalized color treatments that enhance client satisfaction.
• Sanitize tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on hair care.
• Upsell additional services and products to enhance client experiences and meet salon goals.
• Mentor junior stylists and assist in developing their skills through training and guidance.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling to offer innovative services.
• Perform hair threading as needed, ensuring precision and client comfort.

Skills

• Proficient in various hair styling techniques with a strong understanding of color theory.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Experience with MINDBODY or similar scheduling software is preferred.
• Ability to mentor and guide less experienced stylists in their professional development.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to sanitize tools properly.
• Knowledge of hair threading techniques is a plus.
• Capable of upselling products and services based on client needs.
