Our ideal candidate must be reliable, professional, and have a true passion for hair coloring, cutting, and styling. This individual should be eager to continue their learning/education and should be a self-driven person. Must work well with others and be open to a collaborative and supportive environment! We pride ourselves on providing high-quality luxurious services and are looking for someone who does the same! Proficiency with razor cuts, curly hair, and/or fashion coloring is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs and preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and salon areas to ensure a safe environment.
• Upsell products and services to enhance client experiences and increase salon revenue.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license or certification required.
• Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent sanitation practices and knowledge of health regulations related to beauty services.
