Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional consultations and customized hair services.
• Perform cutting, coloring, styling, treatments, and specialty services.
• Educate guests on home care and professional products.
• Build lasting client relationships through outstanding service and consistent pre-booking.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with our team to create an elevated guest experience.
• Participate in salon marketing and social media content.

Qualifications

Required:

• Current Massachusetts Cosmetology License
• Available at least 4 days per week (Saturday availability preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional, dependable, and motivated
• Social media presence or willingness to collaborate on content

Existing clientele is welcomed but not required.
