• Assist with retail sales of hair care products, accessories, and grooming tools through upselling and personalized recommendations
• Support store management by helping with front desk duties, inventory management, and mentoring new team members

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience in hair styling for children
• Proficiency in salon software systems such as Mangomint for booking and client management
• Strong communication skills to connect effectively with young clients and their families
• Experience with sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for children
• Familiarity with retail math, upselling strategies, and store management practices is a plus
