• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas regularly
• Offer personalized hair care advice and product recommendations to meet individual client needs
• Stay current on industry trends by participating in ongoing education related to hair styling, coloring, and barbering

Skills

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a licensed cosmetologist or barber with a strong portfolio of work
• Expertise in hair coloring techniques and understanding of color theory
• Skilled in hair styling methods including blowouts, updos, braiding, and advanced cuts
• Knowledge of salon software systems like MEEVO for efficient scheduling and client management
• Proficiency in retail sales techniques such as upselling hair care products
• Ability to perform specialized services including hair extensions is a plus
