What We're Looking For

• Passion for everything hair and helping clients look and feel their best.
• An existing clientele base, and willingness to grow with us.
• Experience with cutting-edge techniques and trends (we'll help you stay ahead!).
• At least one year of salon experience (preferred).
• Gets excited about learning new techniques, refining their craft, and staying inspired by what's new in the industry.
• Wants to work alongside stylists who celebrate each other's wins, happily lend a hand, and genuinely enjoy working together.
• Values a salon that's a relaxed, respectful, and welcoming safe space.
• Enjoys and respects a diverse clientele and range of hair textures including curly.
