Chair Rental Specialist

Duties

• Oversee the chair rental program, ensuring smooth daily operations and optimal utilization of styling stations
• Actively promote chair rentals to new and existing stylists, highlighting benefits and rental terms
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients, including outreach, marketing, and community engagement
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients with appointment scheduling, inquiries, and personalized hair care advice
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with industry regulations
• Mentor new stylists on store policies, client communication techniques, and technical skills such as haircutting with straight razors or barbering techniques

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry
• Skilled in various hair services including hair styling, coloring, and extensions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with clients
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a safe salon environment
• Certification in Cosmetology
