We are seeking a professional, talented, and motivated Hairstylist to join our salon team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, provides exceptional customer service, and is committed to maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair services, including cutting, styling, blowouts, coloring, highlights, and other services within your area of expertise.
• Conduct consultations and recommend services and products based on each client's individual needs.
• Maintain consistent quality, attention to detail, and professionalism with every client.
• Create a welcoming and positive experience that encourages client retention and repeat business.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation at all times.
• Assist with general salon cleanliness, including cleaning stations, sweeping hair, sanitizing tools and equipment, and maintaining common areas.
• Help other stylists and salon team members when needed to ensure the salon operates efficiently and clients receive excellent service.
• Be willing to assist with salon tasks during slower periods, including keeping the salon organized, stocked, and ready for clients.
• Follow all salon sanitation, safety, and professional standards.
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and professional standards.
• Work collaboratively and respectfully with salon management and other team members.
• Represent the salon in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Qualifications

• Professional hairstyling experience preferred.
• Valid cosmetology license required.
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
• Must be passionate about the beauty industry and committed to continued professional growth.
