Responsibilities

• Perform professional haircuts, styling, coloring, and texturing services tailored to each client's preferences and features

• Apply specialty treatments to create customized looks
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations and store policies
• Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client management, and sales tracking
• Upsell salon services and retail products confidently while ensuring clients receive personalized recommendations
• Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and communicating clearly throughout their experience
• Assist with store management tasks when needed, including inventory control and maintaining a welcoming salon environment

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience working in the beauty industry
• Proficiency in hair styling, coloring, hair extensions, makeup application, and nail care is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and understand their beauty goals
• Experience with store management tasks including inventory oversight and retail upselling strategies
