What We're Looking For

• Have strong experience in hair cutting and hair color
• Feel confident working with a variety of hair types, textures, and styles
• Are comfortable with a broad range of color services and techniques
• Have experience with men's haircuts or are comfortable performing them
• Take pride in delivering an excellent guest experience
• Are professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Want to continue learning and improving your craft
• Are looking for a long-term salon home, not simply your next job
• Hold a valid Connecticut cosmetology license
