• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly cleaning tools, stations, and ensuring a hygienic environment.
• Utilize salon software, GlossGenius, to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by listening carefully to client needs, offering professional advice, and upselling retail products like hair care items.
• Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing bookings, and supporting store management operations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team atmosphere through effective communication and collaboration.
• Stay current on industry trends in hair styling and coloring techniques to deliver innovative services.
• Promote retail sales through knowledgeable recommendations while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license with experience working in the beauty industry is a must.
