Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional hair color, blonding, cutting, styling, and treatment services
• Lead confident consultations and create long-term guest hair plans
• Recommend services, treatments, and retail solutions based on guest goals
• Maintain elevated timing, cleanliness, and salon standards
• Collaborate with junior stylists and assistants for service flow and support
• Participate in advanced education and career development programs
• Build retention, loyalty, and guest trust through exceptional service experiences
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork, growth, kindness, and professionalism
• Commitment to service, emotionally, technically, and cleanliness in your working environment
