• Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, blowouts, updos, and special occasion styles with precision and flair
• Conduct color consultations based on color theory principles to achieve desired results safely and effectively
• Use professional tools like straight razors
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas in compliance with health regulations
• Provide expert advice on hair care routines, retail products, and upselling opportunities to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue
• Mentor junior stylists by sharing techniques, offering constructive feedback, and fostering a collaborative team environment

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license with proven experience in diverse styling techniques
• Must have an existing client following
• Strong knowledge of hair coloring, including color theory applications for personalized results
• Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations
• Demonstrated ability in retail sales, upselling products/services to enhance client experience and salon profitability
• Knowledge of sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
