Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of hair services including cuts, color, highlights, and styling
• Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend personalized treatments
• Deliver exceptional customer service to build and maintain a loyal clientele
• Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation in compliance with salon standards
• Upsell retail hair care products and additional salon services
• Collaborate with fellow stylists to foster a positive and professional salon atmosphere

Requirements

• Valid Massachusetts Cosmetology License required
• Experience in cut, color, and styling techniques preferred
• Strong communication and client consultation skills
• Ability to build and retain a personal clientele base
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
