Responsibilities

• Provide expert hair styling services including cuts, blowouts, and special occasion styles using advanced techniques.
• Perform hair coloring, highlighting, balayage, and other color treatments based on client preferences and color theory principles.
• Conduct consultations to understand client needs, recommend suitable styles or treatments, and educate on hair care routines.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace following strict sanitation protocols for safety and hygiene.
• Upsell retail products like hair care items and accessories to meet client needs while boosting revenue.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair threading, barbering, or advanced styling to foster skill development.
